In 2013, just 24 hours after tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz met his girlfriend Lesya in Moscow, he had, with her consent, tattooed an alternate spelling of his name all over her face. 

It runs cheek-to-cheek in gothic-style, five-inch, bold lettering.
