Ben Stiller had hypnotherapy to cure his addiction to peanut M&M’s

We’ve all been there. You tell yourself you’ll just have one of those delicious orbs of deliciousness. Then you tell yourself that there’s no harm in just having another one. Before you know it, you’re wallowing in a puddle of empty wrappers and guilt. Ben Stiller had to undergo hypnotherapy to cure his addiction to peanut M&M’s in 1999.

He was out of control, consuming over one pound of the stuff every day. After hours of the hypnosis session, he was cured.

However, he relapsed after just six months.
