Traditional Thanksgiving Meal

Did you know that almost all foods considered to be traditional for the Thanksgiving table, are not actually traditional at all?

The original pilgrims most likely didn't even have turkey on the holiday. 

Instead, they probably had goose, duck, swans or even passenger pigeons!

They also didn't have forks to eat their pigeon with - only knives and spoons.
