Henry Ford

Although one of the wealthiest men of his time, Henry Ford could not have been less interested in food. Having made his living designing cars, he came to see the human digestive system as a kind of combustion engine that just needed fuel, and as far as he was concerned, that fuel was all around him.
Following that logic, he decided there was no point visiting the grocery store when his garden was full of weeds that were just sitting there being useless. Ford took to regularly eating sandwiches stuffed with random weeds, freshly plucked straight from the ground and seasoned with mustard.
